Shipping Questions
When are orders packaged and shipped?
Packaging and shipping are done Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Central Time.
Weekend orders will be processed no later than Monday before 3:00 PM Central Time, excluding holidays.
How often do packages get mailed out?
Daro Pep conducts package drop-offs at least every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Why don’t I see all shipping options at checkout?
The shipping cost calculator can be sensitive to address formatting. Sometimes it will not pull every shipping option if abbreviations are used.

What international shipping options are available?
Daro Pep offers a variety of international shipping options. Typical UPS and USPS international options are available, but their pricing is relatively high.
Daro Pep also offers low-cost options starting at approximately $14 USD, depending on the destination country. These methods typically use USPS to ship to a consolidation center in the United States, then continue with other packages to your country, with final delivery usually handled by your country’s postal system.
Will I have to pay customs, tariffs, import fees, etc. when ordering internationally?
It depends heavily on your country and the value of the order. Estimated fees are always conveyed when Daro Pep sends shipping options to the customer.
