Refunds and Returns Policy
Please review the policy below before requesting a refund or exchange.
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 15 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that arrive defective, damaged, broken, non-functioning, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or items that have been used, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval.
To begin the return process, you must email [email protected] with your order information and a description of the issue. Please include your order number when emailing.
You may be asked to submit photos and/or video showing that the item is defective, damaged, broken, non-functioning, or incorrect. Do not send any item back before receiving return approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
If your refund or exchange is approved, we will provide return details. Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and tested if applicable.
If a returned item is inspected/tested and found to be functioning properly, a 20% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping costs in that situation.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived defective, damaged, broken, non-functioning, or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method when possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the refund method.
We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item does not meet the eligibility requirements above.
