General Questions
How do I use, load or prepare my pen?

Where can I find the manual for my pen?
Check the Manuals Page. All pens sold on Daro Pep should have the associated manual available there.
A product I want is out of stock, how can I know when it will be restocked?
On the product page of each out-of-stock item, you can sign up for email alerts and get notified the moment it is restocked.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Daro Pep ships to just about anywhere in the world.
Current exclusions (may change at any time): North Korea, Syria, China, Russia.
Places Daro Pep has successfully delivered orders: Canada, Australia, Lebanon (No BAC), Japan, Italy.
I am not responsible for seizures by local customs authorities.
How do I place an international order?
Select the items you want to purchase, enter your details at checkout, choose your preferred crypto payment option, select the $0 international shipping option, and submit your order. Do not submit any payment yet. Daro Pep will email you within 24 hours, usually sooner, with 5–6 shipping options that vary in speed and cost. Once a shipping option is agreed upon, a new order total and payment instructions will be sent to you.
Where can I buy pen needles for the pens sold here?
99% of pen needles are universal. In most states, you can buy them over the counter from Amazon, Walmart, your local pharmacy, and similar retailers.

How often do you restock XYZ item?
Items are sourced across the globe, so lead times and shipping times can vary greatly. Email alerts for restocked items will be available soon.
Will you start stocking XYZ item?

Shipping Questions
How often do packages get mailed out?
Daro Pep conducts package drop-offs at least every other day, excluding weekends and holidays.

Why don’t I see all shipping options at checkout?
The shipping cost calculator can be sensitive to address formatting. Sometimes it will not pull every shipping option if abbreviations are used.

What international shipping options are available?
Daro Pep offers a variety of international shipping options. Typical UPS and USPS international options are available, but their pricing is relatively high.
Daro Pep also offers low-cost options starting at approximately $14 USD, depending on the destination country. These methods typically use USPS to ship to a consolidation center in the United States, then continue with other packages to your country, with final delivery usually handled by your country’s postal system.
Will I have to pay customs, tariffs, import fees, etc. when ordering internationally?
It depends heavily on your country and the value of the order. Estimated fees are always conveyed when Daro Pep sends shipping options to the customer.
